B2B, B2C SALES & CUSTOMER LEAD
Exciting opportunity for the right person to generate sales, manage customers and build contracts in light commercial, air conditioning and heat pump sectors. If you are experienced in sales, proactive in creating sales channels, confident in dealing with customers over the phone and face to face when required to do so, experienced in business administration and building business I want to invite you to apply for a Sales and Customer Lead position with Engineers United Ltd. A sales lead is an invaluable member of our team who takes part in the decision-making process of the company.
As a Sales and Customer Lead, you will identify and land new business opportunities.
You will build and own the company sales strategy and sales operations.
You will build and own our Customer Service and Contracts department procedures step by step from scratch.
You will build and own all Customer Care Operations, attract new customers, re-engage existing customers.
You will be responsible for delivering excellent Customer Service to our Customers across with optimal efficiency.
You will be working closely with Service Department and management to design, build, and drive a service strategy that can meet the demands of an ambitious growth strategy.
You will build and implement, measure, and continually improve sales and customer service practices.
You need to have:

Answer incoming calls from customers and applicants providing service level information, taking payments, booking jobs, account opening support as well as account maintenance

Take ownership of sales, customer enquiries and respond to escalated
Customer issues in accordance with agreed procedures
Communicate professionally and regularly with leadership and peers on the status of accounts and escalations
Meet established goals for all metrics, including call quality, productivity and customer acquisition by focusing on maximising service to customers
Experience in dealing with outbound and inbound calls is essential
You will be going above and beyond to help land customers and building contracts.
Strong communication skills, verbal and written in order to liaise successfully with clients, suppliers and the team.
Excellent organisational skills with the prioritisation and execution of actions and the ability to carry out their responsibilities with the minimum of supervision.
To be able to demonstrate professionalism and outstanding customer service both internally and externally.
Be flexible and adaptable, with the ability to solve problems and take prompt action where necessary.
Previous experience in a sales or business development or administration role.
Confident verbal and written communicator, comfortable following instructions and unwavering attention to detail.
Customer service, telephone sales, relationship building, CRM and accurate data entry.
Actively listens and is able to follow and give instructions. Gives care and attention to building an accurate database and enjoys finding opportunities in data for increasing sales revenue. You pick up new systems and processes quickly.
Effective in a previous sales position. Previous outbound sales and customer service experience.
You will need experience and background in B2B and B2C sales
Proven experience in Customer Services and people management
Very strong interpersonal skills, able to operate within organisation and variety of customers
Ability to think critically about sales
Drive strategy by being able to use deep SME knowledge as a springboard to strategic
